A firm that strongly believes that the sun, rain and wind can make a space come alive in a way the inanimate cannot.

We are a young design studio, keen to create spaces that serve as a facilitator for human experiences; spaces that instil emotional associations enabling people to develop a bond with the spaces they inhabit.

In exploring different ways of finding solutions and imbibing the clients personality in the design, our aim is to craft architectural spaces with an identity; an identity that is unique, stimulates the senses and reflects an empathetic approach. Our vision is to create meaningful, contemporary spaces rooted in the Indian Context.

Suchithra Ramkumar

Co-founder

Suchithra believes that at its core, the role of a designer is to balance the functional needs of people with intangible factors that help them create meaning out of spaces. Through her focused and structured approach, she aims to do justice to this basic need.

Her travel experiences, love for reading and interest in movies sparked a curiosity, that made her explore the impact of culture and history on architecture. She is passionate about understanding how design can transcend utilitarian needs, and have a strong association with both the people who use the space, and the surroundings to which it belongs.

Raised in Mumbai, and currently settled in Bengaluru, Suchithra graduated from Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 2018.  She has worked at firms like Design Workshop by Shabbir Unwala,  Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai and Design 4 Architects in Bengaluru. Her professional experience includes working on Museum Design, Design of Laboratory Buildings, Design and execution of Hospital Buildings and Residential Projects, to name a few.

Anshita Banerjee

Co-founder

With a keen ear for people’s experiences and stories, Anshita believes that nurturing seeds of personalisation and memory-making are the two pillars of conscious-living. She holds the desire to extend the same sensitivity into designing spaces.

Born and raised in Mumbai, Anshita graduated from Rachna Sansad’s Academy of Architecture, in 2018. Through her thesis “Language of Space: Allowing Repose in a City” she questioned the role of Architecture in the highly stimulated consumerist urban environment and visually-driven city, that she calls home. This led her to place the relevance of space-designing in stirring and triggering holistic human responses.

In her formative years as an architect, she worked at eminent firms like I.M Kadri Architects and SJK Architects. Her professional experience constitutes working closely on Township planning, design of Educational Buildings, Museum Design, design and execution of Commercial Projects, and Residential Projects, to highlight a few.
